What materials are jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted from 18k gold (750/1000 fineness), platinum, and other high-quality materials, selected to guarantee durability and brilliance (in modern pieces, antique pieces, platinum, silver, and gold of different densities). Each piece includes its description.

Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes, we use materials suitable for sensitive skin. However, we recommend reviewing the description of each product. Gold, Platinum.

Are the stones natural?

Yes, we work with natural stones. In the case of antique pieces, some may have synthetic or treated stones, because that was the practice at the time; this is always indicated on each product.

Sizes and customization

How can I find out my ring or bracelet size?

We have a size guide on our website or you can visit us in store to take your measurements without obligation.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we offer custom engravings and designs. Delivery times may vary.

¿Porqué están sujetas a aprobación las personalizaciones ?

Los cambios de talla y grabados están sujetos a aprobación por parte de la empresa una vez realizada la compra. No todas las joyas pueden ser grabadas y cada una tiene un límite de espacio. Del mismo modo hay sortijas que pueden ajustarse un número limitado de tallas.
En caso de no ser posible lo que nos pides nos pondremos en contacto contigo y por supuesto si así lo deseas cancelaremos tu pedido devolviendote el dinero.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time is usually 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and the type of jewelry.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping to the peninsula.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Shipping costs arising from exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange or return it?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels on each piece without being removed or altered, in its original packaging.

At HV Jewelers, we do not offer refunds. In the event of an accepted return, a voucher for the value of the product will be issued , valid for one year from the date of issue.

Can I return a personalized piece of jewelry?

Personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
The inscriptions and the carving of each piece of jewelry are considered personalized.

In what cases is a return accepted?

Returns will only be accepted when the jewelry:
• It has not been used
• It must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, handling or wear.
• Include your original packaging, labels and certificate, if applicable.

HV Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Can I return a piece of jewelry if I don't like it or change my mind?

Yes, provided the above conditions are met. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued; instead, a voucher redeemable for another product will be given.

What is the validity period of the voucher?

The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in full or in part in one or more purchases.

Are returns accepted for used jewelry?

No. For reasons of hygiene, safety and the value of the product, returns are not accepted for jewelry that has been worn, even minimally.

If the jewelry shows signs of use, damage, alterations or is missing any of its original elements, the return will be automatically rejected.

Can personalized or engraved jewelry be returned?

No. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, creams, and salt water. Store them in their case when not in use.

Do the jewelry items have a warranty?

Yes, all our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Damage to the piece or misuse will not be considered for exchange.

We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, bank transfer and other secure methods.

By purchasing, do I accept these conditions?
