The products marketed by HV Joyeros are valuable jewelry, susceptible to immediate depreciation after use and requiring special conditions of hygiene, handling and conservation.
For this reason, specific return conditions apply, in accordance with current legislation.

4. Right of withdrawal (online sale)
4.1 Legal considerations
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in online purchases.
However, Article 103 of the aforementioned legal text establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including when:
• The item is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene
• The item has been unsealed, used, or tampered with
• The value of the asset may be irreversibly altered after use

4.2 HV Jewelers Returns Policy
HV Jewelers does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
The withdrawal, where legally applicable, will be processed exclusively through the issuance of a voucher, subject to the conditions detailed below.

4.3 Essential conditions for accepting a return
A jewelry item will only be accepted for return when ALL of the following conditions are met:
• The jewelry has not been worn, not even occasionally.
• It is in absolutely new condition, without marks, signs of use or tampering
• Keep all original packaging, labels, seals and certificates, if any.
After product verification, HV Joyeros will issue a voucher for the value of the jewelry, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4.4 Express exclusions of withdrawal, exchange or return
No changes, returns or cancellations will be accepted in the following cases:
• Jewelry that has been worn, even for a short period of time
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry
• Jewelry with signs of wear, dents, alterations or manipulation
• Jewelry without its complete original packaging
These exclusions apply even within the statutory period of 14 days.

4.5 Final review and acceptance
HV Jewelers reserves the right to thoroughly examine each returned product.
If any indication of misuse or non-compliance with the above conditions is detected, the return will be automatically rejected, without right to compensation.

5. Defective products
In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must report it within a maximum period of X calendar days from receipt of the order.
After the technical review of the product, HV Joyeros will be able to choose:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Issuance of a voucher
Under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued.

6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs arising from exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a duly accredited manufacturing defect.

7. Responsibility
HV Jewelers is not responsible for the misuse of jewelry or for damage resulting from improper handling, natural wear and tear, or failure to follow care recommendations.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
