The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, except in the following cases: personalized products, made to order, hygiene products that cannot be returned if they have been used, or damaged by misuse .
Procedure:
The customer must complete and send the Withdrawal Form to
havanajoyeros@havanajoyeros.es .
HV JOYEROS, SL will confirm in writing the acceptance of the withdrawal and authorize the return shipment.
The customer must send the product in perfect condition and original packaging , with the original shipping labels in optimal condition.
Return shipping costs:
– Spain and international: the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
– In case of error in the product sent or manufacturing defect, HV JOYEROS, SL will assume the costs.
Refund:
Once the product has been received and verified, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days , using the same payment method.
